Moving to OpenBlueDragon
Sep 07 2008 - By George Webster
After much saying i am going to do it, and supporting it from a far i have decided to move everything over to open source. This leaves two options: One the smith project, which is at current not up to snuff with latest cfml developments; Two openBlueDragon (possibly Rail 3.1 when it is released). So I guess really at current only OpenBlueDragon.
I must say the support for this seems sparse at best. To their credit everyone on the openBlueDragon google group seems quit responsive and helpful, but still much is lacking in the way of documentation. Hey that half the fun is figuring it out right...?
All that said I'm going to transfer to a pure open source setup of gnu/linux - apache tomcat - openBlueDragon. Having never used the latter two this should be interesting to say the least.
